Registration information

Registration is a two-step process: 1. Hotel reservation 2. Conference registration.

Hotel Reservations:
Participants will need to make their own room reservation directly with the Nantasket Beach Resort or other hotels in the area. Rooms at the Resort are reasonably priced at $109 plus 9.7% tax per night. Guests will receive a $25 gift certificate toward a future stay. Please make sure you mention the name of the conference when making the reservation. The deadline for booking a room at the Resort is March 12. After that time, availability of rooms at the Resort cannot be guaranteed. If you choose to stay at another location, you will be responsible for transportation to and from the meeting site. Conference Registration:
Please fill out the two forms at the bottom of this page and email to Steve Campbell, the conference coordinator at the Nantasket Beach Resort. One is a registration form and the other a credit card authorization form.  Registration fee includes: shuttle to/from the resort from the ferry or train, conference documentation and book of abstracts, as well as access to the lectures, exhibits, poster session, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks, Clam Bake, Cocktail Mixer, and dinner on Monday. Conference registration does not include the hotel stay or any additional shuttle or ferry costs you may wish to use for recreational activities.
